Philip Musselman

Obituary of Philip Musselman

MUSSELMAN, Philip Wayne Wayne died suddenly after suffering a heart attack at home on Sunday, October 26, 2014. Born July 18, 1942 in Montreal, son of Philip and Violet Musselman, he was a man of great faith who was dedicated to his family. He enjoyed a long and fulfilling career as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte. Loving husband, caring father, devoted grandfather and wise uncle, he leaves behind his beloved wife of 48 years, Susan; sons Robert (Chrysta), Richard (Lisa) and Andrew; grandchildren Noah, Juliet, Luke and David; brother Lorne (Susan); brother-in-law Stewart (Shirley); and nieces and nephews. We will miss his warmth, his generosity, and his dry, mischievous sense of humour. The family will be pleased to welcome friends at the HUMPHREY FUNERAL HOME A.W. MILES - NEWBIGGING CHAPEL, 1403 Bayview Avenue (south of Davisville Avenue) from 2:00 - 4:00 and 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. on Monday, November 3. The funeral will be held on Tuesday, November 4 in TIMOTHY EATON MEMORIAL CHURCH, 230 St. Clair Avenue West at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, the family has asked for donations to be made in Wayne's name to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or to The Canadian Bible Society. Condolences and memories may be forwarded through www.humphreymilesnewbigging.com.
