Dear Jean; Mary and I enjoyed being with you and Arnold on the People to People Nuclear Medicine tour of China. I knew Arnold as a fellow graduate in Medicine from Toronto. And we both were early Nuclear Medicine Physicians. He was always helpful, friendly, aware, and willing to share his expertise and his experience. We were sorry to hear of his death and wish to express our sympathy to you and your family. Mary and George.

To all the Bayleys, I am so sorry to hear about your Dad. I remember him as such a kind and gentle man who gave so much. Although we know we will lose our parents some day, I am not sure we are ever ready but I found when we lost my Dad that the thoughts, love and prayers of others were such a support. While I can't be there for you today, I am sending all of you my love and prayers from Colorado. May he have peace with God as you find healing on earth with the memory of what a great father he was, and always will be.

Hello, I want to pass on my condolences to Mrs. Bayley and their children. I had my first job as a medical secretary for Dr. Bayley beginning in 1983. He was a very kind (and funny!) man who was well loved by all his patients and respected in the medical community. It was a wonderful learning experience for me and provided me with a good foundation for my approximately 30 years (!) in this field. What a wonderful legacy he has left, both in the field of medicine and more importantly in his children. to cure sometimes

Dr. Baley was an exemplary physician.
On the difficulat wards of the hospital, he provided absolute competency in his medical care. With wisdom - knowing that much of the illness that we witness cannot be cured-he provided compassionate respect to our fellow citizens that came under his care.... And so he provided much comfort and assuaged much suffering. He was a good colleague.

Dear Mrs Bayley, Mark, Nick, Andrew, Chris, Anna and Paul, You are in our thoughts and prayers. Dr. Bayley was such a fine man. It must have been so hard to see him fail mentally. When I last visited him his kindness shone through any lack of comprehension. I will always remember him with fondness and with great respect. Dr. Bayley, when I think of you now, I hear the music of Fauré's requiem that Nick and I sang so long ago: "May the angels escort you into paradise; at your coming, may the martyrs receive you and bring you into the holy city, Jerusalem. To all of the Bayley family, It has been a very long time since I last saw Dr. Bayley but I can picture him vividly in my mind. My father, Dr. "Hub" Higgins, and my mother "Agnes" were very good friends of both Dr. Bayley and Jean. I was very fond of Dr. Bayley and in fact have a very sweet picture of Dr. Bayley and me at my wedding in 1984. It is very true to say that Dr. Bayley epitomized the doctor who everyone would want to have ....gentle, kind and compassionate. I am saddened by his passing. I was saddened to learn of Dr.Bayleys passing.I was a patient of his at St Josephs in 1978 when he dianoised me with hyperparthyroidism.One day he asked me if i trusted him?I said yes with my life and a smile formed on his face and he said good we will go through this together,and we did. What a amazing man he was.I will always remember his kind and caring soul. May Dr Bayley rest in the Peace of the Risen Lord Jesus Christ until you all meet again on that Happy Resurrection day

Chris, I was saddened to hear of the death of your dear dad. He was a kind, warm and gentle man who made everyone who met him feel important in their own way. His patients were very lucky to have such a devoted and knowledgable doctor. Whenever I met him, your dad would proudly update me on all of the accomplishments of his children and grandchildren - you were clearly his source of joy. He was a good and loyal friend to my dad and mom for many years, and our whole family will always remember him with great fondness.
