Mary France était correspondante avec Régine, mon épouse, dans leurs jeunesses. Elles ont eu la grande joie de se voir à Paris plusieurs fois. Elles sont au Ciel à présent , près de Dieu, que nos prières les accompagnent toujours. j’allumerais une bougie à la Collégiale de Saint-Raphaël pour Mary France. Jacques

Dear Vincent, I have good memories of Fran's love of God's Word and her desire to know all she could of His messages to us. Words are certainly inadequate to describe your loss of Fran as your wife over all these years. May the Lord Jesus sustain you and comfort you with His precious love and hold you in His arms. Mary Frances was a loyal friend to my mother, Margaret Maclure(92), since the days they went Bishop Strachan School together. Mary Frances was also my godmother. She always remembered to send me good wishes at my birthday and at Christmas. By her letters, she appeared to practice the tenets of what she believed, a life well lived helping others.
