We have so many special memories of growing up on Chudleigh Avenue, living with such an amazing, close-knit group of neighbours, including the Brohman family right next door. My condolences to the Brohman family on the passing of Lorne. He was Mr. Brohman to me, as I grew up in the tightly knit family community of Blessed Sacrament parish. He was one of the parent leaders and positive role models in hockey, scouting and other matters. I remember him as a strong, positive, friendly and supportive man. I know that he and Rita were valued friends of my parents, Vince and Catherine Pellettier. I appreciated their attendance at my mother's funeral last year. I also have fond memories of his son, David, who was a friend and hockey mate of mine, who sadly passed away too soon. My best wishes to the Brohman family for peace, comfort and pride in Lorne's life. Love, Paul Pellettier

Lorne was such a nice man. it was a pleasure working with him on the Jimmy Stewart bonspiel committee for many years. It was always a pleasure to talk to him.
