Obituary of Roberta Turner

TURNER, Roberta Lee After a full, healthy and happy life filled with love, family and friends, Bo has finally said goodbye to us all. She is predeceased by her favourite dance partner Murray, and leaves behind a large and loving family. She will be remembered with pride and respect by her children, Doug Turner (Peggy Kirkpatrick) and children Gordon and Maggie (Keith Northey); Lee Magwood (Charles) and children Tim (Nancy), Trish (Bryce Conacher), Jeff (Amy Halpenny), and Rob (Amanda); and by Nancy Bowes (Alan, 1992); and by her adoring thirteen great-grandchildren. Roberta was born and educated in Winnipeg and was a liberated woman before the phrase was invented. Bo has left us with many life lessons including -mind your table manners, don't go empty handed and only make meringues on a dry sunny day. Special thanks to her wonderful and caring team at home.
