Dear Lynn We were shocked to hear about Jon and so sorry we were unable to make it into Toronto for the service. Please accept our love and sincere sympathy at your loss. We will always remember him doing what he enjoyed, paddling his kayak on the lake at the bottom of the street. We hope to see you soon, we will watch for you, or please call us. Jon was an excellent mentor for many students in the Trent University Forensic program. Though having only taught with us for a short time, his kind spirit and natural generosity to help students will not be forgotten for those who had the pleasure to work with him.

Dear Lynn, My thoughts are with you. Jon was my faithful friend for 17 years. He was there in good times and bad times. Jon is a kind, noble soul. He was always above any form of pettiness. He shared his passions and his love of life with his friends. I will always cherish Jon's spirit as he showed me, by his actions and words, what a kind, gentle and noble spirit he was and still is, despite the huge pain created by his physical absence. We are all spiritual beings going through human experiences. Jon was part of my most pleasant experiences. Thank you Jon, for all the good times. Lynn, you are definitely in my thoughts and heart.
