Obituary of Maria Louisa Del Col

Maria 'Mary' Louisa Del Col (nee Metus) December 22, 1930 - November 23, 2013 Quietly she left us, in the middle of the night, in her own home, as she had wanted, showing gentle courage over her long journey. Loving and ever-loved wife of Americo for 56 years. Loving mother to Nancy (Steve) and Stephen (Jacquelene) and loving grandmother 'Nonni' to Dominique, Taylor, Aidan and Olivia. She will be sadly missed but proudly remembered by all of us. A special thank you to her caregivers Mary 2, Dionesia, Estella and Mary 3. The family will receive friends at the HUMPHREY FUNERAL HOME A.W. MILES CHAPEL LIMITED, 1403 Bayview Avenue (south of Davisville Avenue) from 9:30 a.m. until the time of memorial service at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, November 29, followed by a reception.
