I did not know Mary Helena Cluff, but I knew that she was interested in her family history because she contributed substantial material to the biography of her great grandfather Eugene O'Keefe. My mother passed away in 2011, which prompted me to research the family stories she had shared with me. In doing so, I discovered that my great great grandmother Jane Eugenia Bailey was the older sister of Helen Charlotte Bailey, who married Eugene O'Keefe. As such, it seems that I share some common ancestors with your family and I would be pleased to share my findings with any of Mary Helena's descendants who share her inclination for family history.

Mary was a wonderful lady who always made all around her laugh and smile. I can remember so many fun filled times around Mary at Thunder Beach and will always remember her smile. She will be greatly missed by those who knew her!

Mary was a wonderful and fun loving lady who always made me laugh anytime that we met. I can remember the best of those meetings in her cottage at Thunder Beach when I was a teenager and developed a great relationship with her, late husband Bill and her children. It seems like not that long ago. However, the older we get, the more time flies. We all sure had so much fun back in those days and such times will always occupy a special place in my heart. Mary will be greatly missed by all. My sincerest condolences to daughters Patti, Mary and their families at this difficult time. She is at total peace now and in a better place with God.
