OXENHAM, Sheila TerryPassed away peacefully in Toronto on Sat. Feb. 16th, 2008 in her 59th year. Loving mother to her children Megan (Yan), Kyle and Rachel. Remembered also by Roger. Cherished daughter of Dorothy Marshall and the late George Marshall. Loved niece of Edith Marshall, Bill Firth and the late Dolly Marshall. Caring sister to Craig(deceased), Marian (Marion B.), Helen (Terry), Bill (Nancy) and Susan (James). She will be missed by nephews Craig, Scott, Adam, Stephen and Liam and nieces Alison Lesley and Sarah.Sheila's vibrant life was cut short by a courageous battle with cancer, making the best of each and every day. Visits by family and friends were so special and appreciated. Sheila devoted herself to her children, her family, business associates of Interior Care, friends, neighbours and community, always giving to others. Sheila's involvement with Christ Church Deer Parks' Community Outreach Program was especially fulfilling to her. Sheila will be remembered for her sense of humour, her compassionate love and care for others, her fun on the tennis courts, gardening, painting, movies, bridge, cycling, walking and the pure joy she received from her family dog 'Casi' and yes, she is the "Queen of Crosswords".Special thanks to Dr. Russell Goldman, The Temmy Latner Centre for Palliative Care Mount Sinai Hospital, dedicated and loving staff of Bradgate Arms, loving caregivers and Hospice Toronto Volunteers.'Celebration of Life' Service will be held at Christ Church Deer Park, 1570 Yonge Street, north of St. Clair, NW corner of Heath Street, on Friday, February 22nd, 11:00 a.m. with reception to follow. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
