Obituary of Marilyn Bain

BAIN, Marilyn Adele (nee Saul) Marilyn passed away peacefully on Monday, October 21, 2013, in her 83rd year. Loved mother of Lezlie, Bill (Carol) and Lyndsey (Bill McCollam). Adored grandmother of Kristen and Geoff McCollam, Rachel, Matthew and Molly Bain, and Allison Storey. Loving sister of Joan (Doug) Mills and sister-in-law of Judy (Dick) Pearsall. Predeceased by her beloved husband, David "Al" Bain, her parents, Adele "Del" and Wilf "Bill" Saul, and brother Robert (Joan) Saul. Marilyn loved to travel and wintering in Pompano Beach, Florida. She enjoyed the theatre and the arts, and spending time with her family and many friends. She was fun-loving and had a truly unique sense of humour. We will miss her very much. A service of remembrance will be held at the HUMPHREY FUNERAL HOME A.W. MILES CHAPEL LIMITED, 1403 Bayview Avenue (south of Davisville Avenue) on Friday, October 25 at 1:00 p.m., with a reception immediately following. Donations to the Alzheimer Society of Ontario, Toronto East General Hospital, or St. Cuthbert's Anglican Church, Leaside, would be appreciated by Marilyn and her family.
