Obituary of James Martin

MARTIN, James Gerald World War II Veteran and POWPrivate James Martin (D-81327) 1st Battalion Black Watch (RHR) of Canada died peacefully in his sleep at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre on February 10, 2008. James is the beloved husband of Shirley (Maisie). Dear father to Cheryl, Sarah (Sally), Scott and his wife Nicole. Grandfather to Corey James (CJ), Cristin (Crissy), Alexandra, Troy and Dylan. Great-grandfather to Nahmiah, Riley, Jayden and Kaleb. The family will receive friends at the HUMPHREY FUNERAL HOME - A.W. MILES CHAPEL, 1403 Bayview Avenue (south of Eglinton Avenue East), from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. on Tuesday, February 12. A service will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, February 13 in the chapel.
