With deepest sympathy to the entire Nichol family. Dave was my first business mentor. Much to my surprise, Dave hired me as an MBA student to work with him during the summer of 1985. I loved working with him and Jim White developing new food products. Always a lot on the go! Then when I graduated, from 1986 to 1999, I came back to work with Dave to launch the private label Health and Beauty Aid line of products! Many amazing memories and friendships from that era! Thank you Dave for being such a great inspiration to us all.

Dave had an enormously positive impact on my life. To this day, I recall his lessons vividly. I worked for David in the late 1970's and admired his business and marketing brilliance. More importantly, he took great interest in me personally, helping me in ways that I will never forget. David was a wonderful person. I have so many great memories about David, and am saddened by his passing. I wish Terri and family strength.

David loved clothes and he looked great in the wardrobe that over the last 20 years we created for him......He had an eye for detail and the finest craftsmanship. He loved coming here and it was always a pleasure to see him and be of service.

Lisa and I joined Dave at his Estate in Napa in 2004- he loved Napa and gave us an incredible tour of his favorite places. At every stop he engaged every person he met and knew their life history in a few minutes- CHARM and interest wooed everyone there- this was an important lesson in business and in Life for us. Lunches and dinners were enjoyed with zest- and swimming in the pool beside the Cabernet vines and Lavender field- made this a most wonder experience. Dave will be missed - Trevor Born and Lisa Airan

We had moved here from Montreal in 82 and Dave Nichol was all over the media with his pups and the Insiders Report was really something back then as were the wonderful products. I was surprised at how sad I was over his passing but he was there in our home when we prepared his recipes. My heartfelt condolences to the family.
