Obituary of Kenneth McLoughlin

McLOUGHLIN, Kenneth Gabriel Passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family, on Monday, September 2, 2013 at the age of 89. Devoted and loving husband of the late Margaret. Beloved father of Michael (Sheri), Maureen, David (Lesley) and Lorrie (Mike). Proud and adoring grandfather to Kevin, Stephen, Stephanie, his angel Jennifer (predeceased), Connor, Liam and Thomas. Predeceased by his parents Edward and Elizabeth and his sisters Rhona Thompson and Audrey. Much loved relative and friend to those in the McLoughlin and Davies families. Retired Senior Illustrator at CNCP Telecommunications and long-time (67 years) member of the Toronto Lawn Tennis Club where his passion for tennis and friendship will long be remembered. Dad will always be remembered for his modesty, incredible sense of humour and many talents but especially for his boundless devotion to family. Reunited for eternity with Marg and forever in our hearts. Special thanks to Dr. Sherylan Young and Nurse Jane Smart of the Sunnybrook Family & Community Medicine team and the caring staff in the hospital's D4 Unit. The family will receive friends at the HUMPHREY FUNERAL HOME A.W. MILES CHAPEL LIMITED, 1403 Bayview Avenue (south of Davisville Avenue) from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, September 6. Funeral Service will be held in ST.
