Obituary of James McCaffrey

James McCaffrey January 5, 1932 - August 16, 2013 Passed away after bravely fighting an illness with courage for the last year. Jim, beloved husband of Josie, loving father of Aidan, Bernard, Monica (Bob), and Patricia (Desmond), and wonderful grandfather of Caleigh, Megan, Andrew, Josie, Connor, Danielle, Chris, John, James, Robin, and Steven. A 37 year veteran of the TTC, he considered it the best job in the world. Jim was a devoted family man whose strong faith guided him throughout his life. His generous spirit and great sense of humour endeared him to all. The family will receive friends at the HUMPHREY FUNERAL HOME A.W. MILES CHAPEL LIMITED, 1403 Bayview Avenue (south of Davisville Avenue) from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Sunday August 18th. Funeral mass will be held in ST. ANSELM'S CATHOLIC CHURCH, 1 MacNaughton Road, Toronto on Monday, August 19th at 11:00 a.m. As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to St . Anselm's Gather Us In campaign.
