Sadness in reading that Peggy Sprackland has passed away. I remember her well, as a very dedicated and genial colleague in the 1970's/80's as she was such an important support and confidant as Secretary to my good friend J. Douglas McCullough in his position as Assistant Deputy Minister for Culture, in the Ontario government. Though Doug. predeceased her by several years, I am sure that he would have wanted to express his condolences to her family and friends.
