I was saddened to hear of Joan's passing and want to offer my condolences to the family. I enjoyed my time with her while selling her family home. Her sense of humour was a welcome addition to the process. I will miss her calls for a hand-delivered calendar in November. She was a wonderful person and always a pleasure to talk to.
