Jeff, we had some great times over many, many years. It was awesome that we all got to spend a few days to celebrate our 50th birthdays. Thanks also for helping out Guy in some times of need. Everyone will miss you and hopefully you were watching over us on Friday as we gave you an amazing Leaside sendoff!

Dear Cusack Family, Even though I never had the pleasure of meeting any of you, I was told a lot about you, and my heart goes out to you. I had the pleasure getting to know Jeff in high school, a time where our lives were care-free and all about fun! Jeff was always bigger than life and a presence at any party or occasion. I will remember him as "one of the boys", part of a close group of guys, who I understand shared that same closeness until his sudden passing. Seeing his picture makes me smile, he hasn't changed! To his family and all who were close to him in his adult life, my sincere condolences,as I know he will be deeply missed.

With heavy heart I recall a personality that filled the room with his trademark black frame glasses and ear to ear grin. A proud son of Canada and a grand Yank too. Hi Mrs. Cusack, Dave, Sandra, and the rest of the family, I am saddened to be sending you a message under these circumstances. I cannot tell you how often I wonder how my Leaside buddies are doing? This is certainly not what I would ever have contemplated. Although I didn't know Jeff for all that long or all that well, like Dave, he would always bring a smile to my face. I rarely get back to Toronto, but would love to get some contact info so that if I do, we could get together and catch up. Something like this is a reminder of how fragile we all are and how worthwhile it is to maintain at least a little communication. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this most challenging time.
