I'm so sorry to have learned of your mother's passing. She was one of the first, and over the years, certainly the one Bradgate resident that my mother, Linda, took joy in knowing and sharing our respective family's stories with. As others have said, Elinor brought fun and spirit to everyone she blessed with her friendly presence. We will miss her and your family at Bradgate. It was an honor to know your entire family

Julie, Kathy, Terry we were saddened to hear of your mother's passing. She was such a lively lady. I was sorry not to have been able to give each of you my personal condolences, but Jane told me that the memorial service at the Bradgate was lovely. You Mom seems to have been happy there. We will gladly be making a donation to the Bruce Beachamp Memorial Trust in her memory. You have our sympathy in your loss. Peggy & Bill

I have such fond memories of Gommie, Sunny and Elinor, Peggy and Bill, and of course Vi. Just a wonderful family. I've spent hundreds of hours on their Beaverton property in my youth. The Beaudoin's have had a place at Cedarhurst since 1907 which we still maintain. With my connection with all of the Quinn family I became very close to the Beauchamps. My parents Marie and Gerard Beaudoin were also close to the Beauchamps. Just a privilege to have known such wonderful people. My husband and I are now living next door at Edengrove Beach so I still walk the property thanks to Vicky who lives across the street from us. When our son Sean Quinn was born Bruce made him a little blanket for his crib while Gommie insisted I sit under her guidance and smock nighties for the new baby. Son Sean now has his own cottage/home at Cedarhurst which he enjoys when they get up on weekends. Elinor was a fabulous gal and we've now reached the end of an era.God bless all of you, we send our deepest sympathies. Fondly, Anne Quinn
