Obituary of Helen Mitchell

MITCHELL, Helen Helen died suddenly on Tuesday, March 12, 2013. Long-standing member of the Arts and Letters Club, the Women's Art Association of Canada, the Royal Canadian Yacht Club, the Art Gallery of Ontario and volunteer and member of the Royal Ontario Museum. Helen had a love and appreciation of all things beautiful. Predeceased by her parents Tina and Grozde, and her husband Costy Costas. Survived by her brother Michael and his wife Marian, her nieces and nephews Catherine and Gord, Gordie and Kristen, Erin and Angus, and Jeff and Wendy. Proud great-aunt to Isla and Colin, Hope, Calvin and Paige, and Elliott and Georgia who will miss the annual summer excursions to "Teta's Island." The family will receive friends at the HUMPHREY FUNERAL HOME A.W. MILES CHAPEL LIMITED, 1403 Bayview Avenue (south of Davisville Avenue) from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. Thursday, March 14.
