Obituary of Hazel Becktel

BECKTEL, Hazel Joy (nee Hume) Mom passed away in Don Mills on Sunday, January 13, 2013 at the age of 86, with her family at her side. Beloved wife of the late Ed Becktel. Cherished mother of Susan (Ron Walmer), Nancy Pretty, Louise (Charlie DeHaseth), Lee Symons, Doug and Christine. Dear grandmother of Christy, Lindsay, Brad, Greg and Neal. In tears we saw you sinking, We watched you fade away, Our hearts were almost broken, You fought so hard to stay. But when we saw you sleeping, So peacefully free from pain, We could not wish you back To suffer that again. To celebrate Mom's life, the family invite their friends to a reception at the HUMPHREY FUNERAL HOME A.W.
