I'm very sad to hear of Dion's passing. Dion was a bright light in any room, with so much to offer so many. My best wishes to the whole Winchell family and all of the connected-friend network.

Dion was a student of mine when he was 13 years old and for the past 35 years, we had kept in touch. He was one of those kids you just couldn't ever forget. We would see each other from time to time or talk on the phone and just as he did when he was 13, he always made me laugh. I was shocked and deeply saddened to read about his untimely death. My sincerest condolences to the entire Winchell family.

Dion was one in a million. We had so many great times together in Toronto & Florida far too many to mention. He was always a great friend to me. My thoughts are with his family at this difficult time.
