I have such happy memories of my time at Bennington Heights school, where Orma was the librarian. She was always warm, gracious, and welcoming to all who came into her classroom. Sally White

Dear Mary I was saddened to learn of your Mom's passing this week and I am filled with childhood memories. We were a part of each other's families for many years, and I will always remember your Mom's welcoming smile each time that I walked through your back door. She was truly a very special person. Glen and I are thinking of you, Don, and your families and of course your Dad during this most difficult time. Fondly Marion

So many years ago, when I was a young child, your family had a cottage on Stoney Point Road on Lake Simcoe. Your mom used to bring book, cookies and we would sit on the big dock while she read to us. I still have that cottage. Yours is gone and the big dock is too but the great memories will always remain. Please know that I am deeply sorry for your loss.

Dear Mary and Don, I emailed a message to your Dad but I am not certain that it was properly sent. I want you to know that I am thinking of you and would like to resend a note if he did not received my first message. Perhaps you could let me know - and in the meantime, please accept my condolences. I have such happy memories of the Wests at Stoney Point. Your Mom was very special! Sincerely, Mary (Crossingham) Lynch
