Dear Lang and Deborah, My sister, Linda Holmes, just informed me of your mother's passing. It has been some years since my wife Margaret and I have seen Donna but we were sorry to hear that she is not with us any more. I first met Donna when she was engaged to my cousin Fred and instantly felt that Fred was a lucky man. Donna was pretty and charming, and took great care to put me at ease - not an easy task since I was a somewhat awkward teenager. I also have a recollection of Donna graciously providing lunch for a friend and me at the Ward's Island summer place. She was a remarkable and lovely women. Margaret and I do believe in an eternal afterlife, and in that faith, we trust that Donna will find great joy and happiness. With very best wishes, Greg Baker

Dear Lang and Deborah, I was so sorry to hear of your mother's passing, Lang. Thank you for letting me know. I have many happy memories of hanging out on Heath St, your mother always welcoming at any time. Your house often had interesting people visiting, in such an intellectual, stimulating atmosphere, full of music and ideas. Let's get together soon and share some more memories. With love from, Susan Paterson
