I and my husband, Bruce Armstrong, are sorry to hear of the passing of Sheila . She was such a wonderful lady. We have been neighbours over 12 years and I always enjoyed our talks when she walked her dog. Always a kind word and a smile on her face. We were away on vacation when we were informed and very sorry to have missed the ceremony. Our thoughts are with your family at this time Respectfully Carol & Bruce
