Mildred was my Hero. I was 11 years old attending Century Baptist when Mildred went off to Bolivia to serve God and people there. No one will ever know just how many lives she touched all around the world, but of course God does.. I feel so honoured and blessed just to have known her.I am one of her many fans, living here in Edmonton. We will all miss her!

We attended Century Baptist where the members often remembered Mildred and her work in prayer. We very much appreciated Mildred Goulding’s life of dedication, her service and love. Mildred spent the best part of her life serving on the mission field, fund raising for missions and in educating people about missions. Her heart was in serving God and the people that God brought into her life. The loving touch that she left on her world will continue to multiply to future generations.

We have known and loved Mildred for many years, too many to count. Always gracious, always caring, always loving, she was always the same to everyone. One knew that she was interested in you. Her skills in language training were great, and her heart was pure gold. To her family and close friends we want to say, "we grieve with you, and will keep her in our hearts."

I remember Mildred as a kind loving person who helped me when I first arrived in Bolivia in 1971 as a missionary. Mildred taught me Spanish and did this with much care and interest not only for me but for each of her pupils. I know that her deep Christian faith was felt by all her knew her and I send my sincerest condolences to all her family. God bless you as your remember a life well-lived that was deeply consecrated to her Lord Jesus.

Mildred has left her mark on the world. It has been my honour and privilege to be both her sister in Christ, her sister in Baptist Women, as well as fellow sister with her for a time at Blythwood Rd Church. She has left behind a legacy of service which I hope we will all emulate. Gifted at scripture memorization, I see her in my mind's eye quoting a passage of scripture with passion and humility. Sending our condolence and heartfelt tribute to a life well lived by our Sister Mildred, Kim, Marc, Rebecca and Jon Marc Wyatt
