Obituary of Dorothy Taylor

TAYLOR, Dorothy Alma (nee Charles) (Former long-time resident of Cedar Springs Community Club, Burlington, ON) Passed away September 3, 2011 at Mt. Sinai Hospital with her daughters by her side. Predeceased by her beloved husband of 50 years, Douglas, and her brother, Peter. Lovingly remembered by her daughters Lisa Masching (Karl) and Barbara Taylor, granddaughters Renée Masching (Kent Worsnop) and Nicole (Todd Jocko). Also survived by her three great-grandchildren Fynn, Blaise and Cara. The family wishes to thank the staff on 12 South at Mt. Sinai for their compassionate care. We also thank the wonderful staff at The Claremont, which was home to Mom for the last two years. At her request, there will be no visitation. Cremation will be followed by a graveside service for the family. Mom had a lifelong affection for the many dogs that were a constant in her life.
