I was so sorry to hear of Donna's passing. I knew her through Curves. We worked out together most mornings as part of the 6:30a.m. crew. She will be greatly missed. She inspired me that if she could do it at 80 I could at 50! God Bless you all and know that she will be missed greatly. Sincerely, Catherine Cooke R.E.C.E.

Dear Donald: I don't know you but feel I know a bit because of my association with Donna at Curves. I was a coach for awhile and did the early morning shift where Donna was so faithful and such an inspiration. When I arrived at Curves today, after being away for a couple of weeks the newspaper clipping was on the board - to say the least I was very shocked, let alone what you are all expriencing these days. Please be assured of my prayers for all of you and as you celebrate the blessings she brought into your life and also the blessing you were to her, may you find His peace very real to you. Thank you for encouraging her to become a part of so many of our lives at Curves. God bless you. Sincerely, Ann

Dear Uncle Don, I am so very sorry to hear of Aunt Donna's passing. I was looking forward to seeing you both this past week. I was always happy to spend time chatting with Aunt Donna, she was always so nice to me. I remember many happy visits with you both at the cottage and one time at the fishing club when Aunt Donna, mom and myself watched Jessie (at about one year old) crawl around on the ground. I also think back to the time when you both visited in London England and took me out for a lovely seafood dinner. We had some nice laughs together. When I was a teenager, about 14 years old, I wanted to have my ears pierced but my mother refused. Aunt Donna told my mom that I would need pierced ears so that I would be able to wear my diamonds, and before you know it, I had an appointment to pierce my ears! I will really miss Aunt Donna and have always been very glad that my parents chose her and yourself as my godparents. I wish you all the best during this very difficult time for you and your family. Take care, Trish Littlejohn.
