Dear Eric, I was truly sorry to hear about the death of your father this week. I spoke with Mum yesterday and she shared the news. Your Dad was always such a lovely guy...at least to me and I do hope he didn't suffer a long illness or was in great pain before he passed. I did see him about 2 or 3 years ago when we were at The Hunt Club for lunch and he was very warm and welcoming as was your Mum. I hope she is holding up the best she can...and you too? I now live in New York as I re-married. You may know my husband Peter Meltzer, he was an old friend of Bill's from UCC. We also have a place up in CT near Norfolk, and I often think of you as the Kent School is not too far away. If you would like to get in touch sometime, I'm at hmeltzernyc@gmail.com. I think I heard somewhere along the line that you too re-married. I hope you are as happy in your new relationship as I am in mine. Please give your Mum a big hug for me and one for you too. Having known Phil and Diana at 3600 since 2001, we join with many others in the condo that will miss them both in the years to come. Both brought a level of warmth and charm for us all to share.
