Obituary of Shirley Hodge

Peacefully at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre on Thursday July 28th, 2011 in her 86th year. Predeceased by her first husband, Norman Doherty, second husband, Gordon Hodge, daughter, Sheila Hodge-Smith, and eldest sister Edythe Pearson. Dearly missed by her sons Scot (Maureen), Kirk, and son-in-law, Owen Smith. Loving grandmother of Emily (Brian), Dean (Andrea), Andrew, Ian and Joshua, great grandmother of Aidan and Kaia. Dear sister of Peggy McGregor. Fondly remembered by her nieces & nephews, Brooke, Laurel, Pat and John and her beloved dog, Sadie. The family will receive friends at the HUMPHREY FUNERAL HOME - A.W. MILES CHAPEL, 1403 Bayview Avenue (south of Davisville Avenue) from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. Tuesday August 2, 2011. A service will be held in the chapel on Wednesday August 3 at 1 o'clock.
