Mary, I was looking through the obituaries, which I so seldom do, and "Fred Stinson" caught my eye. Reading further, I saw your name. It was so long ago that you took me to the RCYC for lunch before I was married. That was a lovely treat! I am sorry to hear of the loss of your brother. Gwen

I wanted to write and say how sorry I was to read of Fred's death. He was a great friend to my brother Peter Tacon, friend and supporter, even when others were not. Peter always spoke fondly of "Freddie". It feels like an era has passed for me. With deepest sympathy, Mary Ann Lawrie

Dear Anne, Elspeth and I express your sympathy to you concerning Fred's death. I know that it has been a long haul for both of you during his time of illness and decline. I remember earlier days when a strong, gifted, and witty man gave leadership and support to his church, and to me. May God grant him eternal life, and you, comfort in this time of loss, and hope for tomorrow. Yours sincerely, Malcolm Sinclair
