I used to be in the same department with JIm when we both started at Sears. I am saddened by his death. Jim is a very nice person. We had so much fun in our department. I remember guessing his password twice. One of them is Cindy (for Cindy Crawford) and the other one is Jimboy. All the people who have left Sears that know him are also shocked by his untimely death. Our prayers are with his family at this time of sorrow. Jane Vallestero

My heartfelt condolences go to the Reid family on the passing of Jim. I worked with Jim for a number of years at Sears Canada, and here is how I remember him: - He was a loving son, who always spoke fondly of his mother. - He was a proud Scotsman (my favourite "Jim Reid" saying is "The best thing to ever come out of England is the road to Scotland"). - He had a great sense of fun, indicated by his proclamation of founding the "Jim Reid School for Wayward Ladies". - He shot a mean game of billiards, and he also loved to play golf (which he will be the first to tell he wasn't so good at). When Jim was around, at work or at play, it was never boring. He will be missed...God Bless Jim Reid.
