I am devastated over the loss of Blanche. I considered her a mentor, a friend, my hero. She was unique, one of a kind, a lady. I will miss her always. Patty Crosbie

Dear Eric: I am the daughter of the late Ted Simmons who Blanche worked for when Ted was President of DCL. I wanted to extend my condolences to you and her extended families. I fondly remember as a small child the many many occasions when "Mrs. Evans" came to our rescue - providing the missing travel schedule or much needed information regarding family commitments. It was a chaotic time in my life and I remember her for her steadfastness, support and care for all of us. It was a pleasure to have known her. Take care and I wish you all well.
