I would like to pass on my thoughts and prayers to the family of this brave man who, like so many others, helped to provide the freedom and democracy that has blessed me and my family as home-grown Canadians. Once the tears have passed for you, I hope that you will be able to enjoy endless memories of happy times that your father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, uncle, cousin and friend gave to your family.
