Obituary of Mary Pellatt Galley

Peacefully passed away on Wednesday, March 14th in her 96th year, in her home surrounded by her family after a long struggle with Parkinson�s. Predeceased by her husband A. Harry Galley, loving mother of Ann, Beverley and Linda, son-in-laws Fred Thompson and Tom Stokes. Grandmother of Toria Peterson and Andy Stokes, great-grandmother of Jack, Mary Kate, Will, Grace Anne Peterson, Faith and Maddox Stokes. Attended both Bishop Strachan School and later Havergal College, graduate of University College, University of Toronto �33 - Houshold Science. Proud member of the Junior League of Toronto, Alpha Phi Fraternity, Rotary Inner Wheel, and St. John�s Anglican Church York Mills. The family will receive friends at the HUMPHREY FUNERAL HOME - A.W. MILES CHAPEL, 1403 Bayview Avenue (south of Eglinton Avenue East) from 6-9 p.m. on Monday, March 19th. A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, March 20th in ST. JOHN�S ANGLICAN YORK MILLS, 19 Don Ridge Drive.
