Obituary of Bernice Marguerite Mallette

Passed peacefully during the small hours of February 27, 2007 having lived for for her family and friends. Born in Estevan, Saskatchewan, Bernice moved to Montreal where she married Raymond Daniel Mallette. Overcoming adversities and the premature death of her husband, Bernice triumphed in raising a loving family, instilling values of simplicity, honesty and caring. Always kind and loyal, Bernice's death will leave an emptiness that can only be lessened by memories of her great strength of character. She will never be forgotten. Beloved mother of Marilyn Spindler (Rob) and Keith (Kathleen). Cherished grandmother of Ryan. The family will receive friends at the HUMPHREY FUNERAL HOME - A.W. MILES CHAPEL, 1403 Bayview Avenue (south of Eglinton Avenue East), on Thursday, March 1, 2007 from 3:00 p.m. for a funeral service in the chapel at 4:00 p.m. followed by a reception in the Bayview Room.
