Dear Diane and Bob: I was saddened to learn today of Mrs. Cranston's passing on Wednesday. She was such a lovely, gentle woman who was very proud of you both, and of her grandchildren. I see that she lived long enough to enjoy becoming a great-grandmother. Good for her! Your mom was always so kind and generous to Ken and me during my wonderful years working for Mr. Cranston who, as you know, I respected and loved dearly. I'm not sure how he has survived in Heaven without her but I'm certain he is content now that she has joined him and they are together again. After Mr. Cranston's passing, your mom and I would speak on the phone occasionally. It was always so nice talking to her and catching up on the news of the grandchildren. I'm unable to attend Mrs. Cranston's funeral but I want to extend my condolences to both of you and to Stephen, Patty and your families. She will be missed. She was a wonderful lady and I'm happy to have known her. Sincerely, Mary Whitehouse

We are so very sorry for your loss. Mrs. C was an amazing woman! She always made us feel like family ( Kent treasured his special seat to her right). Memories of her will never fail to bring a smile and a warm feeling.
