Obituary of Dorothy Grace Chessum

Passed away at Sunnybrook Hospital on Saturday, December 30, 2006 in her 97th year. Beloved wife of the late Harry Loree Chessum. Daughter of the late Walter and Arty Farthing. Loving mother of Eric Chessum and his wife Caroline Mildon, Elaine and her husband Marty Maguire, Elizabeth and her husband Frank Thomson. Dear grandmother of Jennifer and Christopher Thomson and Jesse Chessum. Dorothy had two passions in life: family and music. The family will receive friends at the HUMPHREY FUNERAL HOME - A.W. MILES CHAPEL, 1403 Bayview Avenue (south of Eglinton Avenue East), from 7-9 p.m. on Wednesday, January 3. The funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. in the chapel on Thursday with a reception to follow in the Leaside Room. If desired, donations may be made to the charity of your choice.
