RICHARDS, Robbin Irene (nee Edwards)
Robbin passed away on Tuesday, December 19, 2006 after a lengthy battle with breast cancer. Robbin was born on December 21, 1950 in Glendale, California. Robbin was an advocate for the integration of disabled children into the Public School system and a health care professional who performed many specialized nursing roles until her health no longer allowed it. Robbin completed her University Degree while raising a family of four, working and dealing with her disease at the same time. Robbin was a homemaker, wife, mother and a valued friend to many. The family wishes to thank Robbins circle of friends and the dozens of health care workers who helped Robbin in her spirited battle, in particular Drs. Louise Bordeleau and Kathy Pritchard and the nurses of Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre.

Robbin always gave more than she took from this world, forever tried to be helpful to others, complained little during her long illness and left the world a better place. She was unforgettable, irreplaceable and will be sorely missed. Even though she in no longer with us, all who knew her are better for having been one of the lucky ones!
