BARNETT, Ed Loving husband of the late Hazel. Loving father of Jan Beveridge (Terry) and Bob (Anna). Devoted grandfather to Bree and Braden Beveridge and Laura and Alex Barnett. Brother of Doreen Jones. Architect 3T8, member OAA, RAIC. Barnett & Reider was the architect for Loyalist College, Bob Rumball Center for the Deaf, CFTO, Millbrook Penitentiary, The Don Jail and schools in many communities in Southern Ontario. Rotarian with the Toronto Leaside Rotary Club since 1950, he will be fondly remembered for his jokes and puns. Member of the Toronto Historical Board during the time of the St. Lawrence Hall restoration. Chair of the East York Foundation for many years. Ed and Hazel lived on Bessborough Drive in Leaside from 1946 until 2004. He was a member of Leaside Presbyterian Church. The family wishes to thank the staff of Belmont House for their care and attention. The family will receive friends at the HUMPHREY FUNERAL HOME - A.W. MILES CHAPEL, 1403 Bayview Avenue (south of Eglinton Avenue East), from 2 - 4 and 7 -9 p.m on Sunday December 3rd. The funeral service will take place in the chapel on Monday December 4th at 2 o�clock. Interment Mount Pleasant Cemetery followed by a reception in the Leaside Room at the funeral home.
