Obituary of Kathryn Hanley Acheson

Kathryn Hanley Acheson - in Toronto on November 29, 2006 in her hundredth year. Predeceased by her beloved husband Irving. Dearly loved mother of Margot (John), Catherine (Connie) and Shelley (Terry). Cherished grandmother of Michael, Andrea, Megan, Kieran, Andrew and Patrick. Fondly remembered by her Wall cousins and three nieces. A woman of many interests - highly literate, political junkie, marvelous dancer and accomplished pianist. Heartfelt thanks to the second floor staff and volunteers of the Houses of Providence. The family will receive friends at the HUMPHREY FUNERAL HOME - A.W. MILES CHAPEL, 1403 Bayview Avenue (south of Eglinton Avenue East), from 2 -4 and 7- 9 p.m. on Sunday December 3rd . Funeral Mass at ST. ANSELM�S CHURCH ( Millwood & MacNaughton Road) on Monday December 4th at 10:30 a.m. Reception to follow, Leaside room in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations to Covenant House or the Houses of Providence would be appreciated.
