LILLY KERTES ROLIN LEAH BAT KIVE "A WOMAN AHEAD OF HER TIME� LEBENSK�NSTLER - ARTIST OF LIFE 1927 - 2006 At home in Toronto, on Thursday, November 23, 2006, at 8:12 a.m., surrounded by her children, Lilly Kertes Rolin passed away peacefully at the age of 79. A courageous holocaust survivor who immigrated with her parents to Canada in 1952. Daughter of Leslie Kertes and Gabriella Kohn from Kishunhalash, Hungary. Beloved wife of 50 years to Adolph Otto Rolin. Devoted mother of Sonya Rolin and her husband James Maitland Donald, and Pierre Norman Rolin and his wife Montserrat Riquelme Torres. Dedicated grandmother to Jonathan Sebastian Reiss Donald, Audrey Tatiana Kohn Donald, Charles Nicholas Kertes Donald, Pablo Reiss Rolin Riquelme and Lukas Caesar Rolin Riquelme. Lilly, a corporate executive of 25 years, fluent in five languages, was a cosmopolitanist, a lover of art music opera, and a serial fashionista, as well as a globetrotting lover of fine foods.
