BIRD, John Robert Peacefully at Thompson House on Thursday, November 16, 2006, at the age of 91. Beloved husband of the late Bessie (nee Gray). Loving father of Elaine Doyle (Michael) and Bob (Wendy). Loving grandfather to Peter (Kelly), Matthew (Rachel), Susan (Dallas), Sandra (Phil), Jenny and Kathy, and great-grandfather to Pierson. Previous member of the Leaside Lions Club. A private service has already taken place. The family would like to thank the staff at Thompson House for their wonderful care of Jack.
