Obituary of Jessie Ellis Myers

MYERS, Jessie Ellis "Jay� (nee Baker) - 1912-2006 Passed away peacefully at Sunnybrook Hospital on Saturday, September 2nd, 2006, at the age of 94 following a long illness. Loving wife of the late John Myers. Beloved mother of Judy Myers Avis (Asa Lebel), Brian (Shirleyanne), Chris Larke (Trevor); cherished grandmother of Andrew, Mike, Juanita, Joanna, Jodi, Stacey and Toby and great-grandmother of Xanthe. Special aunt of Mary Jean Ellis. Sister-in-law of Peter (Norma) and Kay. She will be fondly remembered and sadly missed by her 17 nieces and nephews and by her many friends. The family will receive friends at the HUMPHREY FUNERAL HOME - A.W. MILES CHAPEL, 1403 Bayview Avenue (south of Eglinton Avenue East), from 3-6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, September 5. A funeral service will be held in LEASIDE UNITED CHURCH, 822 Millwood Road, Toronto on Wednesday, September 6 at 11 o�clock. A reception will follow at the Church. Interment Mount Hope Cemetery.
