French, Stephen Charles Q. C. - Suddenly, on August 18th, 2006 in his 85th year. Beloved husband of the late Margaret Jean Millar (August 21, 1991). Proud and loving father of Sandra (Dick), John (Louise), and Gary (Karin). Grandpa FS to Veronique (Ben), Isabelle (Dennis), David (Terri), Matthew, Jack and Alida (Trevor) and great granddaughter Gabrielle. Loved grandpa to family standard poodles Puddles, Angus, and Chloe and many who predeceased him including his cat Muffin. Dearest friend of Fatima Valinhas and family and Jean Mallory. "FS" was a proud veteran of WWII (RCAF) who led a life of interests from Law to Shakespeare to Georgian Bay to HO model trains and wood working. Private arrangements have been made with HUMPHREY FUNERAL HOME - A. W. MILES CHAPEL. In Lieu of flowers donations to the Georgian Bay Land Trust (2482 Yonge Street, P.O. Box 99 Toronto, Ontario M4P 3E3), where he loved his summers in Pointe au Baril with his Family, Friends and Poodles, would be most appreciated. The family gratefully acknowledges the care received by Dad at K2C the Veteran's Wing of Sunnybrook during his final struggle with Parkinson's Disease, especially Pat and Claudette.
