Obituary of Dathan George Wells

WELLS, Dathan George Passed away on Monday, July 24, 2006 at the Oakville Trafalgar Hospital in his 31st year. Loving son of Terry and the late Dene Wells. Brother of Justin (Lee), Christopher and Diana (Brian). Uncle of Spencer, Adam and Christian. The family wish to thank Dr. Carmine Simone and the staff at Toronto East General Hospital and Dr. Sunil Verma and the staff at Sunnybrook Hospital. The family will receive friends at the HUMPHREY FUNERAL HOME - A.W. MILES CHAPEL, 1403 Bayview Avenue (south of Eglinton Avenue East), from 7-9 p.m. Friday and from 10 a.m. Saturday until the service in the chapel at 11 a.m. A reception will follow.
