Obituary of Garth Hargreaves Hayley

HAYLEY, Garth Hargreaves Passed away peacefully, at his home, on Thursday, July 20, 2006 in his 92nd year. Beloved husband of Margaret for 57 years. Loving father of John (Jan), Isobel, and Edward (Cindy). Devoted grandfather "Papa� of Sarah (Mike), Michael, Jennette, Matthew, Philip and step-grandfather of John (Milena and son Jacob) and Jessica. Born in Lancashire, England, Garth emigrated to Canada in 1957 with his wife and young family. Dad was a longtime member of St. Simon the Apostle Anglican Church. A Chartered Accountant and former administrator of the Ontario Cancer Institute, Princess Margaret Hospital, Garth was an avid and patient golfer who loved music, animals, gardening and sports. Dad had a passionate commitment to family and work; he will be greatly missed. The family will receive friends at ST. SIMON THE APOSTLE ANGLICAN CHURCH, 525 Bloor Street East from 1:00 p.m. until the service at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 26, 2006.
