Obituary of Leona Clara Friesen

FRIESEN, Leona Clara At Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre on Wednesday, July 12, 2006. Leona was born in Eigenhim, Saskatchewan and served as a Nursing Sister with the RCAF during WWII. In her professional life, she was a public health nurse in the London and Toronto Education systems. Loving sister of Eleanor, Colin, Douglas and the late Alfred, Gordon, Luetta, Howard and Norman. She was especially loved by her many nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews. Special thanks to Angela Bilotta for the loving care she gave. The family will receive friends at the HUMPHREY FUNERAL HOME - A.W. MILES CHAPEL, 1403 Bayview Avenue (south of Eglinton Avenue East), from 10:30-11 a.m. with the service in the chapel at 11 o�clock. Interment Mount Pleasant Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the charity of your choice would be appreciated.
