Obituary of Edward Stuart Armstrong

ARMSTRONG, Edward Stuart (Ted) Peacefully after a courageous battle with Alzheimer�s, July 1, 2006. It is with great sadness that the Armstrong family announces the passing of Dad at the age of 79 years. Ted is predeceased by his wife Olga and son-in-law Russ Holmes. He will be sadly missed by his daughters Sue Armstrong, Barb Holmes, his son Dave Armstrong and daughter-in-law Dianna. Grandfather to Phil, Rob, Kim, Kate, Chris and Great-Grandfather to 5.Ted will be missed by extended family and friends. Sincere thanks to Victor, Claire, Faye, Barbara and Linda for your genuine compassion and care of Dad. Your friendship was very dear to him. The family will receive friends at the HUMPHREY FUNERAL HOME - A.W. MILES CHAPEL, 1403 Bayview Avenue (south of Eglinton Avenue East), from 12 -1 p.m. on Wednesday, July 5, 2006. A funeral service will be held in the chapel at one o�clock. Memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer�s Society of Ontario, 1200 Bay Street, Suite 202, Toronto, ON M5R 2A5 or charity of choice.
