Our daughter just called from Toronto with the news of Frank's passing. She was only about eight years old when we met Frank and she still remembers him. Frank was a tennant of ours on Squires Avenue, and then Queen Street in the Beach. We all remember him fondly, walking around the neighbourhood with "Jet". We are so sorry to hear about this.
