Obituary of Michael Joseph Flynn

FLYNN, Michael Joseph Passed away in Barrie on Wednesday, May 10, 2006 in his 81st year. Beloved husband of the late Margaret Flynn. Loving and devoted father of Dermot, Damien and his wife Mary, Gioia and her husband Des Connors, and John and his wife Nicola. Dear Papa of Michael, John, Patrick, Aisling, Laura and Alexa. Dear brother of Nuala and her husband Matz Marshall. The family wish to express their thanks to the staff of the I.O.O.F. Home in Barrie for their loving care. Born in Dublin, Ireland, he was the manager of the Celebrity Club, Toronto for many years and an early member of the Toronto Polo Club. The family will receive friends at the HUMPHREY FUNERAL HOME - A.W. MILES CHAPEL, 1403 Bayview Avenue (south of Eglinton Avenue East), from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. on Sunday, May 14th. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, May 15th at 10 o�clock in OUR LADY OF PERPETURAL HELP CHURCH, 78 Clifton Road (St. Clair Avenue & Mt. Pleasant Road). Interment Mount Hope Cemetery, followed by a reception in the Leaside Room of the funeral home.
